These terms cover the use of this website. Paid use of Rubricon Voice and Rubricon Score is governed by a separate written agreement with each customer, which takes precedence over anything here.

By using rubricon.in you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the date above shows when they last changed, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated version.
The site describes what we build. Product descriptions, latency budgets, capabilities and roadmap statements are descriptions of design intent, not commitments or warranties. Figures presented as targets are targets; the measured figures for a given deployment are reported to that customer from telemetry. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a signed agreement.
We try to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee either. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Information you send through the contact form is handled as described in the privacy notice. Do not send confidential information, personal data about third parties, or call recordings through the form or by unencrypted email. If you want to share recordings for an evaluation, ask us first and we will put a data processing agreement and a secure transfer method in place.
Access to Rubricon Voice, Rubricon Score and any related APIs or dashboards is provided only under a signed order form or master services agreement. That agreement sets out scope, service levels, fees, security commitments, data processing terms, warranties and liability. Where it conflicts with these terms, it governs.
A customer using Rubricon to make or receive calls is responsible for the lawfulness of those calls. In particular the customer must:
We may suspend the service where we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of the above, and will tell the customer why.
The site, the platform, our models, prompts, pipelines, documentation and the Rubricon name and marks are ours. A customer's recordings, transcripts, rubrics and scores remain the customer's, as set out in the privacy notice and the signed agreement. You may quote or link to this site with attribution; you may not copy it wholesale or use our marks to suggest an endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
Nothing on this site is legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Whether a particular calling or recording practice is lawful in a given jurisdiction is a question for the customer's own advisers.
Where we link elsewhere, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of this website, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit, revenue or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Liability in respect of the paid services is dealt with in the signed agreement, not here.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
